I dont remember if i ever posted this but a year ago I posted on this amazing blog called "Born This Way" where adults of the GLBT{QIA} variety can reall how YES that even when they were small they KNEW...i mean we all did didn't we...we all got called names in the playground!!! i always said bullies have the BEST Gaydar!!!!

I posted because LUCKILY i had 2 amazing parents that raised me to be who I was and to make my own choices and to live the life I was born to lead...and i did...and I am so grateful to them for that!!!!

So heres to my Mom and Dad and all the other parents out there who understand that instead of punishing a child and making them feel ashamed for who they are....you nourish them and help them be the best person that they can be!!!!!

If I had this table by Tineke Beunders I would seriously just sit and stare at it ALL DAY!!!! I would have dinner UNDER the table.... An amazing combination of fun and function!!! and what astounding hand craftsmanship!!!

Graphic Design student Rachel Spoon created these amazing covers for penguin Classic Books as a Design Project!!!! they are visceral and creepy and reflect the tales within completely!!!! If only these could actually come to full realization!!!! Tuiton money well spent !!!!

Bergdorff's 2011 Holiday Windows

I don't know what it is but it just doesn't feel like the holidays without a visit to the Bergdorff's windows....If I don't go it feels liek theres something missing...and YES I know that sometimes they reuse displays...and yeah it's never anything super "new" or "innovative"...but it IS  what it IS....and it feels...I don't know...like TRADITION...You know what your going to get and they ALWAYS deliver...and even to a jaded old bitch like me...they ALWAYS feel so magical and ALWAYS put me in the mood....SO here for you viewing pleaure the 2011 Bergdorff's Holiday Windows!!!
